Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on the 10th of March the year 1958 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to the accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die maker as well as former worker in the factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her siblings. Stone has a talent in school as an infant, started her second grade education at the age of five. In 1975 she was a graduate of Saegertown high school located in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). She also competed and was crowned at the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone moved in New Jersey with her aunt in 1977 to take on a modeling job and signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency within a month. Then, she moved to Europe, spending a year with her aunt in Milan in Italy and Paris. Stone but was dissatisfied with Europe by the fashion business and decided to move into acting. Stone was a 20-year-old in Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories" the film which got mixed praises.
